Returns & Exchanges

At Happiness Project, we want you to love what you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges for all unworn apparel. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as joyful as our mission to support mental health awareness.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, seal the box securely, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
